AWANA
Registration info
Please register your children early. It will help us get a good start at the opening meeting.
All children who participate in the AWANA ministry MUST have a completed Information Form and Medical Release on file with the AWANA secretaries. Returning clubbers need only fill out their name and any changes of the information from last year. This should be completed no later than the first night of club.
KBC AWANA requests $35 per clubber with a maximum of $70/Family. The clubber may also choose to bring $1 per meeting. Please note that this fee helps to offset operational costs.
Please complete one set of forms for each child and return to the AWANA office.
