How can I help?
Please consider supporting our program with your time. AWANA provides you with an opportunity to serve the Lord as an AWANA leader or listener. The AWANA program is a unique opportunity to serve the Lord and directly impact the world with the Gospel of Christ.
2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
August 21st, Sunday 4:00
PM to 6:30 PM - AWANA Leaders' orientation and meeting in the Katy
Bible Church Fellowship Hall. All leaders (including Leaders in Training (LITs)) must attend. Helpers
are encouraged to attend.
August 28th, Sunday 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM - AWANA Basic Training in the Katy
Bible Church Fellowship Hall. All leaders (including LITs) who have not
attended a basic training class must attend. Basic
Training is required for all leaders (including LITs). LITs may NOT perform as listeners unless they
have received basic training AND
completed the club specific book. Helpers are encouraged
to attend.
